Emma is a Licensed Professional Counselor who earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bowling Green State University as well as her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. She is currently a member of the U.S. Air Force where she serves in the Air National Guard as a medic. Emma currently has a passion for working with first responders and the military.
Emma recognizes the unique challenges faced by those in high-stress, high-stakes roles and provides support that addresses the specific emotional and psychological demands. Her work involves helping people integrate their past experiences with their current realities, bridging the gap between high-pressure scenarios and everyday life. Emma focuses on helping people navigate the complexities of their roles while reinforcing resilience and emotional stability.
Emma helps people cultivate self-awareness with gentle curiosity, helping people move away from self-criticism and towards self-acceptance. She helps people gain deeper self-awareness and enhance their relationships with others. They discover how to live authentically and find stability in their own uniqueness. Emma empowers people to make meaningful changes and achieve a more fulfilling life.
