Appointment Arrival
When you arrive for your appointment, please text your provider to let them know you’ve arrived, and remain in your vehicle until they text you to come in. We do not have a lobby to wait in and to ensure a confidential setting, please arrive no sooner than five minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
We ask that you refrain from standing on the porch until your provider texts you back to come to the entrance.
No Scent Policy
We encourage a scent free environment due to allergies. We kindly request that you refrain from wearing cologne/perfume or other "fragrances". Natural scents, such as essential oils, are permissible.
Shoes Off Policy
For cleanliness and general wellbeing purposes, there are no street shoes allowed in the building. You will be asked to remove your shoes upon entrance, and then you will carry them with you to your provider’s office.
Insurance Policy
We are in network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Frontpath, Medical Mutual, Paramount, United Healthcare, and McLaren. We do not accept Medicare.
Please check your insurance coverage before booking an appointment.
Is your plan not on the list? We accept private pay.
