Brady is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who earned his Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The University of Toledo and his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The Ohio State University. His passion for counseling is rooted in a deep appreciation for the complexity of human experience and the transformative potential of a strong therapeutic relationship. Brady works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity exploration, relationship concerns, and other challenges that can impact emotional well-being and daily functioning.
Brady approaches therapy with warmth, authenticity, and clinical intention. Grounded in person-centered principles and informed by evidence-based practices, he believes meaningful change occurs when clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported. He strives to create a collaborative and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment where individuals can explore their experiences, gain insight, develop effective coping strategies, and move toward lasting growth. His approach honors each client’s unique strengths while recognizing the emotional, relational, and environmental factors that shape their lives. He is committed to providing culturally responsive and affirming care to individuals from diverse backgrounds and identities. He views learning as an ongoing process and values creating a safe and affirming space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore their own narratives.
