Natalie Frost
BA, CT (Counselor Trainee)
“As the poet Robert Frost put it, ‘The only way out is through/’ And the only good way through is together” -John Green
Natalie is currently in her practicum while pursuing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Toledo. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Toledo and has experience working with children to help develop social-emotional learning skills. Beyond the therapy room, Natalie continues to deepen her clinical knowledge through ongoing training, research, and supervision. She is committed to culturally responsive care and is always striving to expand her understanding of diverse identities, experiences, and therapeutic needs.
Natalie views counseling as a collaborative process and strongly believes in the power of human connection as growth happens through positive connections, not in isolation. She approaches counseling with warmth, curiosity, authenticity, and a deep respect for each person’s story. She believes in meeting clients exactly where they are—whether they’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, curious, or simply in need of a safe place to be themselves. Her goal is to create a therapeutic space that feels welcoming, nonjudgmental, and empowering. She is passionate about working with children and teens as they navigate life’s many changes and challenges.
