“Mental health problems don’t define who you are. They are something you experience. You walk in the rain and you feel the rain. But you are not the rain.” -Matt Haig

Madison Ledzianowski is a compassionate and trauma-informed child therapist committed to helping children and families navigate emotional and behavioral challenges. She earned her undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Toledo and went on to receive her Master’s in Social Work from Spring Arbor University.

Madison has experience working with children and adolescents ages 17 and under in both therapy and case management roles. Her approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and a deep respect for each child’s unique needs. She utilizes evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Theraplay techniques, and other modalities to best fit the individual child and family.

With a strong focus on emotional regulation, healing from trauma, and strengthening family communication, Madison aims to create a safe, supportive space where children feel understood and empowered. She also works closely with caregivers to support healthy connections and lasting progress outside of the therapy room.

Madison is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families, walking alongside them as they grow, heal, and thrive.
